The Halloween Audiojack is always the highlight of the year. And this year’s creation is extra special because from now until Nov 3rd proceeds from the Audiojack app are going to The Dansby Scholarship for Girls in STEM.
The scholarship program started in 2017 with enough funds donated by Amie Dansby to cover 5 years of scholarship support for girls pursuing degrees in STEM. As of 2020, with donations from tons of amazing humans around the planet, the scholarship fund can support girls through 2030! So, let’s keep that going and grab a subscription to Audiojack and check out a very special Halloween Audiojack.
This year I teamed up with Amie to create this year’s offering. It was a fantastic challenge to take sounds from her world to build a new one. The title you’re going to be looking for is: Hacknomancer and it’s in the Action / Adventure category waiting for you to check out right now.
If you already have a subscription and still want to support the scholarship, please visit Amie’s website below. Be sure to check out the rest of the site as well to see her work with LEGOs & LEGO Masters to Cosplay & Code to BioHacking. It’s a pretty wonderful collection that's sure to inspire!
And since this is the giving season, we have another treat. If you update your app, you’ll notice an arrow on every Audiojack. That's so you can engage offline listening. So, when you’re traveling, dealing with bad WIFI or just don’t want to worry about streaming, tap that option and you’re on your way.
But wait, there’s more!
If you’ve updated your app recently, you’ll notice a plus sign across from the arrow. That's so you can start creating your own playlists! This feature is rolling out now and the timing is perfect so you can combine all of the past Halloween Audiojacks, to create the perfect playlist for the season. To help you on your way, here’s the past Halloween Audiojack list: The Harvest, M5: The End Begins, Just the Wind, Hunters, The Heart, and premiering this year: Hacknomancer!
I can’t wait to hear the stories and see the images you come up with from the new Audiojack.
