Adafruit's Circuit Playground for Cosplay

Adafruit has always been great supporters of the cosplay community and sent me a few Circuit Playground kits to give to the awesome creative people in the cosplay community. My requirements: tell me what cosplay project would you like to use electronics on, but didn't know where to start.

These were some awesome projects they responded with, I can't wait to see all the amazing things they create!

Best part you don't have to do any soldering to get started! What can this one kickass board do?

 • 10 x mini RGB NeoPixels, each one can display any color 1 motion sensor with tap detection, free-fall detection
 • ‍1 x Temperature sensor
 • ‍1 x Light Sensor. Can also act as a color sensor and pulse sensor
 • ‍1 x Sound Sensor (MEMS Microphone)
 • ‍1 x Mini Speaker with class D amplifier (7.5mm magnetic speaker/buzzer)
 • ‍2 x Slide switch

Infrared receiver and transmitter - can receive and transmit any remote control codes as well as send messages between Circuit Playground. Can also act a proximity sensor.
 • ‍8 x alligator-clip input/output pins include 12C, UART, 8 pins that can do analog inputs, multiple PWM output
 • ‍7 pads can act as capacitive touch inputs and the 1 remaining is a true analog output
 • ‍2 MB of SPI Flash storage MicroUSB port for programming and debugging USB port can act as serial port, keyboard, mouse, joystick of MIDI

Thank you Adafruit, there are now 10 people out there working with the Circuit Playground to use in their costumes.
